Elevated Errors on Crowdfunding and Giving Day Pages

Resolved - This incident is now resolved. Crowdfunding and giving day pages have been stable since recovery, and no further impact has been observed. Thank you for your patience during our investigation.

Monitoring - We have implemented platform updates and seen a strong recovery in performance. Crowdfunding and giving day pages are loading reliably for constituents, as are all other parts of the platform. We will continue to monitor performance to ensure full resolution, and we will post updates to status.givecampus.com/ throughout the day as we have them.

Investigating - Crowdfunding and giving day pages are currently experiencing a high error rate, and donors may be unable to load pages. We are seeing a very low error rate for GC Giving Forms and GC Events, as well as other parts of our platform. Our engineers are working on this issue, and we will share another update by 10:45am ET.
